Exchanges and refunds
As a retailer, you are responsible for all exchanges and refunds. We encourage you to set your own exchange and refund policy terms and inform your customers about them before they purchase.
We offer a 60-day Comfort Guarantee for our online customers. Our Comfort Guarantee includes 100% free exchanges (no matter the condition) or a refund if they are not 100% happy with the product.
Warranty claims
We have a 6-month warranty period on all our footwear. While we have made our footwear as strong and as durable as possible, sometimes issues can occur due to an odd manufacturing fault or perhaps the customer catching the pair at the wrong angle.
If a customer who has purchased from you experiences a fault or issue with their pair, please resolve the issue as soon as possible for the customer either by giving them a replacement or refunding them.
Please contact us with the following information:
1. A photograph of the fault
2. A photograph of the size stamp underneath the product (the stamp that contains the US, EU, and UK Sizing)
3. A description of how the fault occurred
4. Proof of purchase
We will then send you a discount code or store credit to use to order a replacement pair or to add to your next order.
