Don't panic! We will work it out for you!
Before you contact us there are a couple of things you can check:
1.) Your tracking ID. Check how many boxes are on their way to you! Usually, it will be more than one! If the number of boxes on your tracking ID is greater than the amount you have received then the remaining boxes are usually on their way to you, maybe just a day behind in the postage process! If a day or two has passed and you are still missing your parcel reach out to us and we will look into it further.
2.) Check your tracking ID for any notifications from Auspost as your parcel may be waiting for you at the local post office.
3.) If your order does not match your invoice please contact us and we will double check our warehouse records.
In the case that your order has gone missing during the postage service, we will arrange pairs to be sent to you and when the missing parcel arrives you can send them back to us or we can send you the invoice for them.
